Conduct:  This program is operated by Skills Golf Academy and is not operated by Swing Golf Lounge.  Lessons take place on Swing Golf Lounge premises. To this end, all registrants will respect the facilities, and will abide by the rules.  Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from a program, without refund of payment.

Refund Policy:  Registrants are eligible for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the start date of the clinic.  Any requests for a refund within 7 days will receive a credit for the value of the registration fee (no exceptions).  Refunds will not be provided for any missed group sessions as it is the obligation of the registrant to ensure they are able to make all group session dates.  Make-up dates for missed sessions may be provided at the discretion of the instructor.

Please note, the refund policy does not apply to clinics rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. COVID-19 restrictions/lockdowns, natural disasters, or the like).  In that case a credit will be provided to those unable to attend the rescheduled dates.

Any issues regarding the refund policy or make-up sessions are to be resolved directly with Skills Golf Academy and not Swing Golf Lounge.

Photo Release & Video Release Consent:  By checking the 'Waiver and Consent' box on the Registration form, I hereby authorize Skills Golf Academy permission to use any photo/video taken during the course of the lesson program for promotional purposes.  This includes but is not limited to email marketing promotions, social media, and for use on the Skills Golf Academy website.  I understand I will not receive any consideration or payment of any kind for the use of any photo's/video's taken.

Waiver & Consent:  By checking the 'Waiver and Consent' box on the Registration form, I hereby authorize Skills Golf Academy/Swing Golf Lounge or anyone acting on each respective parties behalf, to acquire medical aid that may be required as a result of accident or injury sustained.  I hereby indemnify and save harmless Swing Golf Lounge as well as the instructor facilitating the program from any and all actions, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, however arising, which heretoafter may have been sustained while participating in the lesson programs.
